Institute of Real Estate Success has been an approved real estate training school in the state of Washington since November of 1991. The administrator, course developer and instructor is Ken Schwarz. Ken holds a Washington State Brokers License and has over 32 years experience in both residential and commercial real estate sales and marketing. He was a broker/Manager for 3 residential real estate offices and owned and managed KLS Commercial Real Estate, Inc. for 12 years in Bellevue, Washington. Ken is a member of the nationally renowned organization, REEA (Real Estate Educators Association) and has spoken at two REEA conventions. He has written 23 texts on residential and commercial real estate topics, has conducted hundreds of real estate continuing education training courses in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.
